Why me

I was the first commercial hire at a Swedish deep tech company. I spent 13 years building the commercial and communication infrastructure that took the company from a laboratory prototype to partnerships with global brands.

Sourced first customers, built customer pipelines, designed major deal structures, and led cross-functional execution across product, sales, and leadership. I have also written narrative sections of information memoranda for financing rounds, rebuilt investor decks, and led two full company rebrands, each timed to a major growth transition. The company grew from 19 to 250 employees during my tenure.

Narrative and brand leadership across four growth phases

Exeger, a Swedish solar cell technology company, moved from research through demonstration, industrial scalability, and into commercialization over a decade. I led the narrative and brand work across all four phases, including two full rebrands with repositioned messaging, visual identity, and website relaunches timed to major transitions. I shaped the narrative sections of financing memoranda and built the investor and sales presentations used across eight years. The materials and rebrands supported multiple successful financing rounds as the company grew to over 250 employees.

Technology reframing at CES 2024

Exeger had strong commercial traction but its public story was tied to the products it integrated into, not to the technology itself. I led the CES 2024 communication strategy, starting outreach a month before the event with journalist-specific briefings designed to shift the narrative from component-in-a-product to a standalone technology and founder story. Media KPIs were exceeded by 500%, and Exeger outperformed one of the world's top five consumer electronics companies in coverage at the event.

Investor deck for a pharmaceutical startup

A Swedish pharmaceutical company with 20 researchers needed to raise funding but had an investor deck written by scientists for scientists. I rewrote the presentation over a few weeks, reframing the company around its business opportunity and clinical value rather than its research methodology. The company raised successfully, and the deck was used again in subsequent funding rounds.
